About our Leadership
James Fuller, MBA
James is an experienced leader in both the public and private sector. He first joined the Marine Corps in 1992 where he served globally for over 20 years as both enlisted and officer. During that time he had the opportunity to develop and refine his planning and execution skillsets through formal education and daily application. He earned his MBA in 2014 and has since applied his knowledge and experience working with large, international corporations in the attainment of their business objectives. Specializing in strategic business initiation and growth, innovation, and personnel development, he has successfully planned, launched and managed several new cross-business unit services, and led product innovations and developments. Partnering with the CliniCALL staff, he now applies innovative thinking and deep knowledge of firm’s capabilities, strengths, and weaknesses to build new client-centric services.
Richard Griffin, RN, HCS-D, HCS-O
Richard Griffin has been a RN since 1996 . He began his nursing career in a progressive long-term care facility that catered to high acuity patients, including ventilator patients. He advanced at the facility, and held the positions of unit manager, staff development and infection control coordinator, and MDS coordinator. While in long-term care, he also served as a Director of Nursing. He also has performed as a RN in the hospital environment. Looking for a change, he ventured into the home health field, first as a case manager, then as a utilization review manager in charge of authorization and proper utilization of the patient’s care, as a clinical manager, and as an administrator. He currently has certifications in MDS 3.0, HCS-D, and HCS-O. He is versed in the operations of skilled nursing facilities and home health agencies.
