About Us:

We specialize in tele-health monitoring and assessment that allows remote patients to remain in the comfort of their home while ensuring adherence to a care plan, safe in the knowledge that a certified medical professional is observing their parameters and is readily available at all times. Our services further serve to increase profitability by reducing agency overhead, decreasing hospitalization, minimizing on-site visits, and streamlining the most efficient use of limited medical resources.

Our team of RNs and clinical staff have over 30 years of experience in both acute and post-acute settings. We are a Veteran owned, family operated business that understands the value of quality patient care. We offer live clinical answering services and tele-triage, no automated systems.
